Seminar transcript

There has been a seismic shift over the last two years in the way we work and not all of it has had positive results for workplace health and wellbeing. Reinventing how we engage employees and create environments to foster meaningful connections for hybrid working have become key priorities for employers, needed to maintain productivity, attract and retain employees and sustain wellbeing.

So, what can you do to get your team reconnected with each other and your business?

Case Study: The Pharmacy Guild of Australia. Rochelle Burdge, People, Culture and Operations Director and Melanie Sykes-Bridge BA (Psych.), Employee Experience Manager, People, Culture & Operations.

Panel Discussion: Dr Sean Gallagher, Rochelle Burdge, Melanie Sykes-Bridge and Janet Wilson, Executive Branch Manager, ACTPS Centre for Leadership and Innovation.
