Congratulations the ActewAGL Retail team on gaining Healthier Work Recognition Gold Status! The Retail Ninja’s, as they are affectionately known around the organisation, have taken some learnings from their previous year’s health and wellbeing plan and built this into their upcoming plan! After consulting with staff across the unit, and after a number of health and wellbeing committee meetings, they used this feedback to develop their plan. A few activities and strategies the staff can look forward to include: a fluid challenge; a 10% challenge (reducing carbon emissions); mindful lego; safety week activities; and ways to keep well in winter.
