Below are some case studies from employers that have already implemented health and wellbeing programs in their workplace, but are not part of the Recognition Scheme.  They provide examples of what has worked, some of the barriers they faced and what business benefits they have achieved by initiating such programs.

Healthier Work invites workplaces to showcase their health and wellbeing strategies and initiatives as case studies to share with other businesses.  Your case study will help to encourage other workplaces to plan for and implement health and wellbeing programs and will also help to promote your business as an “Employer of Choice”, leading the way in health and wellbeing in the ACT.
